We know you’ll love it here in Las Olas Grand, but recently I had a chance to visit Old Palm. It’s located in Palm Beach Gardens and really had a lot to offer.

The great Palm Beach Gardens location is just the first great thing about Old Palm. Everything about Old Palm will make you appreciate this great community. The residents of this wonderful community can all agree it really is a great place to live.

The features available in Old Palm are numerous. Just an example of what it does include – a tennis, exercise area, gated entry, golf, clubhouse and community pool.

After you visit Old Palm, you’ll have to drive around and see everything Palm Beach Gardens homes has to offer. The location can’t be beat with magnificent shopping, amazing parks and beautiful weather being just some of the things available to do in Palm Beach Gardens.

There are a million reasons to love Las Olas Grand, however we know it’s not for everyone. An alternative in a different city is The Landmark in Palm Beach Gardens.

The Landmark in Palm Beach Gardens is just one of those communities you have to see to believe. Just one visit and you’ll know why everyone who lives in The Landmark condos just loves it.
