In general we devote much of this blog to Las Olas Grand. Often we divert and visit other local Fort Lauderdale real estate. Today we’d like to discuss Las Olas Isles with you.
While Las Olas Isles really does offer a little bit for everyone. It’s hard to overlook how nice the Fort Lauderdale location is. There is a little bit for everyone in Fort Lauderdale with the bonus that Las Olas Isles is wonderful as well.

We have a lot of great real estate available here in Las Olas Grand. But we also like to discuss communities you might like in other areas from time to time. One such community is Bay Island Group in South Pasadena.
There area few communities like Bay Island Group and the South Pasadena location can’t be beat. Next time you’re in the area be sure to check out this great community.
The features of Bay Island Group are numerous. They include features like a clubhouse, exercise area, boating, tennis and gated entry.
And the city of South Pasadena is pretty amazing as well. Located in the heart of everything, such as amazing weather, amazing parks and the nicest boutiques, you’ll fall in love with everything about this city.

As you know, we usually discuss Las Olas Grand here. Usually we stick to other communities located here in Las Olas Grand, but today I wanted to talk about Residences At Sandpearl Resort in Clearwater.

We know you’ll love it here in Las Olas Grand, but recently I had a chance to visit Old Palm. It’s located in Palm Beach Gardens and really had a lot to offer.
The great Palm Beach Gardens location is just the first great thing about Old Palm. Everything about Old Palm will make you appreciate this great community. The residents of this wonderful community can all agree it really is a great place to live.
The features available in Old Palm are numerous. Just an example of what it does include – a tennis, exercise area, gated entry, golf, clubhouse and community pool.
After you visit Old Palm, you’ll have to drive around and see everything Palm Beach Gardens homes has to offer. The location can’t be beat with magnificent shopping, amazing parks and beautiful weather being just some of the things available to do in Palm Beach Gardens.

Las Olas Grand is really a beautiful community, but if this isn’t the right location for you, you might want to check out Venetian.

You’ll find your dream location and property here in Las Olas Grand. If not another community you might like is Grand Lakes. It’s located in Miami instead of here in Las Olas Grand, but it’s worth a look.

I had a chance to visit The Moorings in Lantana last week. I had a great time in Lantana and thought I’d discuss the community with you.
The great Lantana location is just the first great thing about The Moorings. Everything about The Moorings will make you appreciate this great community. The residents of this wonderful community can all agree it really is a great place to live.
